Originally from Baltimore, Tammi moved to New York City to pursue a career in the fashion industry as stylist and study at the Fashion Institute of Technology. By graduation time, she had already booked several acting jobs and decided to change careers. Some of her early gigs include a voiceover radio spot for the New York Urban League and as Sleeping Beauty in a production of Into The Woods. She then decided to formally study acting and attend the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute and later the American Academy of Dramatic Arts where she received her degree in performing arts.

Recent credits include: The Indie Short "FEELING HOPEFUL" and THE SEEDLING PROJECT'S World Premiere play presented by Partly Cloudy People.

Tammi practices yoga, loves all things tennis, and is a licensed New York City sightseeing guide.
